Site design for Nkd, a full-service beauty salon in Worcester, MA. This project involved visual design—as well as front-end & back-end development—to create a responsive, accessible site that showcases the salon's catalog of services. Built on Craft for easy management of menu items, FAQs, blog entries and more.

About 70% of Nkd's traffic comes from mobile devices, so it was important to take a mobile-first approach to the design. The site features a responsive layout that adjusts and reflows elements according to the viewer's screen width.
accessibility
Since launch the site has been brought in-line with ADA standards, implementing tabbed navigation and focus indicators.
